Green peas dip


150gr green peas drained
100gr chickpeas
30 mint leaves
30gr almonds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
½ lemon juice
1 tsp whole-grain mustard
1 tbsp cumin
Pepper and salt as required


Press the garlic. Place the ingredients in a blender in the same order as in the above list. Blend until you reach the desired consistency. Serve on a plate and enjoy with radish.
