Saints cookies


25gr ground almond
50gr oat flakes
12gr flaxseed
12gr pumpkin seeds
a pinch of salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp applesauce
a handful of hazelnuts
a handful of frozen raspberries
a handful of white chocolate chips

Step 1

With a fork, mix the oat flakes, the flaxseed and pumpkin seeds, ground almond, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix the honey with the applesauce and add to the previous ingredients. Add the raspberries, hazelnuts and white chocolate and still well.

Step 2

With the hands form 8 little balls. Flatten them on baking paper to form the cookies. Bake 10-15 min at 200°C
